“FORUM GEESSEKNÄPPCHEN”

Since its opening in 2000, the Forum “Geesseknäppchen” is one of the most important centers for cultural and pedagogical activities. Situated on the biggest school campus of Luxembourg, the proximity with the innovative “Lycée Aline Mayrisch” will bring us some important advantages. First of all, the workshops and paper sessions can take place in the classrooms of the school. The school entrance is situated only a few meters from the “Forum”. The whole ground floor is occupied by the main hall with its foyer. The hall has a maximum capacity of 600 spectators. The area in front of the audience will give us enough possibilities to build up a suitable scene for the event.
On the second floor, a certain number of training rooms can be used for the administration, logistics and the technical stuff of the congress organization. Restaurant and cafeteria can be used at the third floor and will be accessible for food and drinks.
Located about 3 km outside of the City center, the accessibility of “Campus Geesseknäppchen” is assured by the normally scheduled public transport connecting the city center with the nearest bus station “Bouillon”.

The main hall of the « Forum Geesseknäppchen » can receive an audience of 600 spectators

The secondary school « Lycée Aline Mayrisch » in front of the Forum will receive the workshops, the practical part of “AIEJI World Congress 2013”
